Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or refunded or a credit note issued. We will cover the cost of postage back to you but not to us. If you have changed your mind or don’t like your purchase then we will be happy to exchange the item for something else but postage will be charged again. Or a credit note will be issued as an alternative. Please quote your order number in all correspondence Items should be in their original packaging unopened and in good condition for resale or refund/exchange will be denied (except in the case of damaged items of course) An item can only be exchanged/credited once, we will not repeatedly except returns on the same order. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we feel it is necessary to take such measures for any reason.

How secure is your online credit card payment system?We take online security seriously and have appointed Paypal as our Merchant Banking provider. The page that payment is made on is protected by a firewall and your payment will either be processed or declined immediately. An email will be sent to your chosen address to confirm order confirmation once payment is successful.

How quickly do you despatch orders?We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of the working week Monday-Friday and endeavour to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.

What happens if I am not happy with my goods or an item once it’s arrived?Please contact the office within 5 days of receipt either in writing, email or by phone telling us what the problem is and we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We want our customers to be happy with the products and service so they stay with us. We feel the following policy is fait for all parties.

I live outside of the UK, How much is carriage?We are happy to ship orders to most parts of the world. Please see our postage and packing page for area zones and costs. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a price which we will be happy to find for you and provide a quote.

How often do you change your range of products?We are currently sourcing new suppliers and seeking the best quality and value for money, therefore we may add or remove items at any time depending too on the level of demand for that product and also availability from our suppliers
