Sitting in the Power

Cleansing, Grounding & Protection

Clairsentience. Clairvoyance. Clairaudience . Clairknowing.  Clairfactience . Clairgustance, shifting awareness to these abilities and using them correctly whilst expanding the abilities.

Psychic and Mediumship linking (The difference and how to shift awareness) and how to begin or deepen your links and evidence/accuracy.

Meditation and Visualisation skills and practice

Working with Psychometry
