How to Cleanse. Ground and Protect
I find so many people now days are “sensitives” and unaware that they are susceptible to the bombardment of energies and the affects that has on them. A simple routine of Cleansing, Grounding and Protecting can make the world of difference.
How do you know if you are a sensitive and may be being affected as I mentioned.? Well, do you ever get the feeling when you walk into a room of people that they were just talking about you, and possibly not in a positive way and later find out that that was true. Or that a friend is in need or about to call you and they do. Or even a horrible nagging feeling that something bad is about to happen but you don’t know what, and then something really does happen, like a sudden bereavement. Or maybe you dream about events that happen quite soon after your dream. Another symptom can be, felling like you are away with the fairies a lot. Finding it hard to concentrate and you are quite happy to just sit or lie there day dreaming, about all manor of things. You are actually sitting in your power, but naturally right now, you have no idea what I mean by this. Read on, all will be explained.
The physical affects of being sensitive can be headaches, upset stomach, nervousness, seeing something out of the corner of your eye that is not there when you turn your head to look. A feeling that you don’t fit in with others. a square peg in a round hole kind of thing. I believe that many addicts are actually sensitives who don’t know whats going on with them and try to numb the feelings that they don’t understand. A common one is you felt fine when you woke up, for no apparent reason you now feel really down. You have not realised that the person in your office doesn’t have a good energy and you are absorbing their negativity from them.
So, how do we combat this problem. Well first we cleanse, clearing away the negative energy that you now have in your auric field is a great start to feeling better. Then we ground, by bringing ourselves back to earth and grounding instead of being away with the fairies, is vital to our normal function in the physical plane. The we protect.
All this work is done with visualisation. If you are new to this then be patient, it gets easier with practice. Meditation on a regular basis helps to train the mind so that all visualisation becomes easier.
Sit quietly and allow all the tension in your body to drift away. You can go thorough your body starting at the top and focus on each part and release any tension. I.E Face, jaw, eyes, neck shoulders arms, fingers, chest and so on all through your body.
See yourself being showered by white light and any dark or negative energy being washed off you. Just like when you have a shower, this is a psychic shower and works wonders at any time of the day or night.
Now, see roots growing out of the bottom of your feet and down into the ground below. See these roots going all the way to the center of the earth and then wrap them around an anchor. Feel yourself being pulled firmly to the earth.
Now put yourself within a dome of white light (light an egg shell) and then place another layer of gold over that and you’re done.
